In our discovery process, we did a deep dive into LaVie’s business and construction plans, enabling us to fully understand their needs and address the specificities of their contract. Their general contractor first required a down payment, and as the project progressed, another midpoint payment was necessary. Our lending team was able to uniquely structure the loan, allowing the release of the funds for LaVie in advance of the work being completed, which kept the construction process on track and timely. Flatirons Bank also adjusted the loan so LaVie could focus on covering startup costs before full payments began.

With their construction project and loan complete, The LaVie Institute has been able to open its doors to new clients and new opportunities.
